Raw Food Movement

Can this raw food fad really be that healthy? Raw vegetables, OK. But where do you go from there? I have seen some incredible before and after stories of people following this basic protocol of eating only raw, unprocessed foods. According to most, it is a lot of work but these people really looked great and lost weight in a seeming short amount of time. From Nature's standpoint it all makes sense. Haven't seen any bears cooking lately. Any word from health experts on this?
